Does not proc. Been running dungeons all day, and it has stopped working at all.

It does, but not often. And it’s damage is miniscule.
Did you submit a bug report? Might get some traction that way.
Depends on if it’s a bug or low proc rate. Things in dungeons, especially levelling dungeons, die fast. So if it procs you may not see it.
I’ve gone entire boss fights never seeing it, and others where every hit procced it.
I recommend getting details or recount and checking if it dealt any damage through that.
It’s definitely been proccing for my druid, but not a lot.

You should have chosen the loa above all other loas, and that be Bwonsamdi.
i submitted bugs, and on a couple of the forums. It was working fine last night, but for some reason today, after 7 dungeons, I have had zero procs. Been tracking it with recount just to make sure.
I dunno, the Kul Tiran folk might have right idea venerating Krag’wa.
…You know, because they’re huge? I kid, I kid.
