Embers of Neltharion Achievement not being awarded

Hello there. I have FULLY finished this achievement criteria on Wednesday 24tth Mary 2023. I was not awarded the achievement even having met all current criteria.

Just wondering if anyone else has come across this or has some sort of solution.

I also have this challenge. It’s fully completed, but no achievement credit. I’ve logged in, logged out, changed zones, changed characters, etc.

I imagine one day we’ll get credit.

Same here, got all 6 check marks but no acheivement

this is still an issue for me as well. A GM told me to just keep reporting it and it will get pushed up to priority to fix it.

I had exactly the same issue. There seems to be a 7th quest that’s not listed “A Creche Divided” which is made up of two smaller quests and apparently I had only done one, I had to go back and do the “Return to Viridia” quest from Scalecommander Emberthal and then Embers of Neltharion finally awarded. It says I completed this quest and so I am not sure what to do now.

Still can’t complete this quest I am not sure what to do still.

Achievement still says I have completed Ember of Neltharion however I still can do the Researchers quest. Just checking in again. Still not working 6-24-2023

I had this same problem, I looked up what Gnorman said to do. Make sure you finished the quest “A Creche Divided” and “Return to Viridia” as me finishing Return to Viridia it awarded me the achievement.

So I had a brand new leveled character and skipped everything up to the cavern and as soon as I got the world quest opening quest completed I could do the research quest on my main. Crazy .

Any idea how to pick up “Return to Viridia” when abandoned?

SOLVED! For those still struggling with this. Fly to the froststone vault again and where the “exit” of the cave is, Ebyssian and the scalecommander should be standing there. Pickup the “Return to Viridian” quest from scalecommander, fly back over to viridian and turn it in. Check! It’s just not part of the “Main” questline here. Hope this helps!
