Ember of Nullification trinket needs a rework

The trinket EMBER OF NULLIFICATION needs a rework. The effect currently is: Choking Flames
Taking magic damage has a chance to apply Choking Flames to the attacker, silencing them for 2 sec.
This may only occur once every 20 sec.
(Proc chance: 40%, 20s cooldown)

Can we please change this. It literally procs once a dungeon, if that. Atleast give it some damage or increase the proc. I don’t know. It does nothing though. Literally nothing

I feel like blizzard definitely forgot about this one. What if the effect changes so it’s like
when a spell is casted onto you, the caster takes x damage and casting speed is reduced by 5%

I don’t know, I don’t make the games I just know this trinket is the worst thing since overcooked eggs

The affect is boring but im pretty sure thats because its suppose to just be a bonus to a stat stick trinket.

Its actually b+ quality to a lot of specs besides tanks now because of how much main stat and vers it gives even without the proc ever happening.

The silence is actually a better bonus then before when it first came out in legion with of all the random aoe magic this season making then proc actually happen sometimes for dps. Before it was just for poorly balanced classes that stacked vers and tanks.

Just got a 454 version on my Assassination rogue. It’s leaps above the ilvl trinket I had, but is it decent for PvE for a Rogue?
