Does anyone know what might be going on? I completed the 3 intro quests to reserve Entertainment, Refreshments and first Guest to the Ember Court last week however Temel has no further quests for me or appears to have no way to actually hold the VIP Party. I went around to Hips, Gerridan and Stefan to ensure each party item was selected.
I opened a ticket but blizzard said they are unable to help, pointed me to wowhead and just closed the ticket. As far as I remember, I don’t pay Wowhead $15/month

I’m stuck on it as well. The stupid little rock bird guy thing tells me a guest needs to RSVP, but now how I get an RSVP. When I go to the guest list guy there aren’t any options except to revoke an RSVP. Another overly complicated system that Blizzard implemented.
I did. I went out and did the daily for the guy in Maldrax and the people in Bastion. But unlike Kassir, I cannot find them to invite them and they are gone from where I did the quest. The only option I have with the guy who issues invites is to revoke their invitation. 
Same here. I have done this event each week prior, but this week I am unable to begin the scenario. I believe the rsvp system is bugged. I have spent a couple of hours researching forums and seeing if anyone with this issue has found a solution. Reaching out to Blizzard for help is absolutely not an option.
I can’t even continue the ember court because Kassir won’t show up for me. I did the introduction two weeks ago and I hit a wall.

Did you make sure you did all the quests involved? They show up as normal “!” like other quests so you might not realize it was for this. That happened to me.
The entire thing was a convoluted tossed together mess, and not well thought out at all.
