“Ember Court Ceremonial Dagger” is a cosmetic item which should be consumed and added to the appearance collection when used, as it says on its tooltip.
However using (right clicking) this item does nothing, it is not consumed, it is not added to the appearance collection as other cosmetic items.
Even equipping this item does not add this appearance to the collection, however it gets soulbound on equipping…
