You were warned for doing it ahead of time, so that you are 100% aware with no fault on their end that it will be punishable starting today. If you are seriously upset about this, you should probably just not play the game.
People have gotten banned and suspended for far less, with absolutely 0 warning. If you are upset that you got a WARNING to INFORM you, you need to log off.

You deliberately did it, and admitted to it, following the several discussions by Blizzard devs that this was to be punishable in the future. You choosing to ignore the clear warnings by them is your own violation of their policies and deserve to be punished for it, regardless of how you feel.

This is irrelevant. You were warned preemptively so there is 0 arguement on your side that you were never warned. There is nothing on your account saying you were suspended, banned, silenced, etc… You didn’t have gold removed, you didn’t lose your characters. You got a warning.

You are not entitled to Blizzard’s decisions. That is directly from that regarding past punishments to ME. They choose what is necessary regarding the circumstance.
Where did I say falsely banned? I absolutely deserved mine in the past. Only difference is that I never got a GM to be send me an email saying “Hey, stop this or you’ll get banned”. I just lost ACCESS to MY accounts that I’ve played for 14+ years with 0 notice. You. Are. Lucky.

Seriously. Blizz actually gives players an official warning and clarification of upcoming rule changes and somehow someone complains about it. 
It’s one of the most absurd things I’ve ever seen.
There’s two options here.
- He’s trolling.
- He’s sad he won’t be able to do at least 1 more GDKP without incurring just a warning.
Because if he doesn’t plan on doing more GDKPs, there is zero reason to care about that email.
