Emails being sent out giving "Warnings" to people who were in GDKP's

I’m putting you on a watch list, for something you did, that will be illegal next week. Enjoy.

true, it’s pretty hard to have faith in Blizz at this point so I just assumed they’re being shallow with this one

I bet that they are only basing it off of accounts who were randomly reported as GDKPing by the zealots. I know a lot of people who have 2 accounts, not even the same bnet, where only one got the email.

A friend caught a false ban 2 weeks ago because the zealots in question reported him for trying to fill his pop-up GDKP so they banned him. Took him a week to get the false ban reverted. Did Blizzard compensate him at all for the week he couldn’t play? No. There is no penalty for making a false report and effecting anothers account or ability to play. Buckle up for some false reports with world pvp or killing a mob someone else thinks they have claim to.

Because those who were doing GDKP’s are more likely to do GDKP’s in Phase 2 than those who have never touched GDKP’s (or any in SoD).

Why? You have done GDKP’s before and are at a higher likely hood to do GDKP’s when they are banned as compared to people who have never done GDKP’s in SoD.

Just be thankful you know you’re on a watch list because IRL we have no idea if we are on a govt watchlist XD

I don’t RMT, I’m in a tryhard parsing guild. You can look at my logs and see I ran with all the same people in my guild, until the last raid of the phase, where I joined a random GDKP cause bored.

Auto attack harder because you can no longer swipe faster! YEEAAAH

This is literally a warning email and not a punitive measure.

No one cares if you dislike the way the warning was written.

You probably know you were doing stuff that breaks the ToS.

F around and find out in P2.

Any response to the main argument of being put on a watch list with no way to appeal? Also, being put on a watch list is 100% a punitive measure. If you get falsely banned by Blizzard, there’s no guarantee they will even read your appeal.

I think that was Blizzards way of saying “we see you, we told you we could.” Agree or disagree, the rules are in place, and apparently enforceable, may as well make your “LF Gnomer raid 6/6 world buffs and consumes!” Macro.

You simply don’t do GDKPs and you should be fine.

So just stop doing GDKPs

Don’t do things against the Terms of Service and you’ll be fine. YEEAAAH

Already on a watch list. The chance for a false Blizzard ban is exponentially higher for me now, than for someone who never joined a GDKP.

So don’t do anymore GDKPs or RMT. YEEAAAH

They have already been convicted of a crime?

No, it’s the exact same as anyone else. Literally just don’t join a GDKP. If someone else who NEVER ran a GDKP runs one in P2 they will get banned just the same as you who got a warning.

They are literally just giving you a heads up since they saw you RAN one just to make sure you know its bannable now.
