I feel you, like I said it sucks. But I doubt there’s much anyone can do about it. They just need to play the game normally and not do anything that would be against ToS from now on. And if they happen to catch an unfair ban to do what they can to get banned. Like I said the CS Forum has been pretty active lately with CS reps. They typically respond within a couple hours on there to a thread.
