Elvui and Druid Forms

ELVUI question

When i swap to bear form, cat form, boomkin, any form, my action bars stay the exact same and I cant customize action bars for each form. Any tips? I remember seeing something somewhere once about paging but cant find anything online.

I believe there is a setting under the action bars section somewhere somewhere.

I set it up a long time ago and had this issue, figured it out and remember about as much as you do, yada yada paging. Fast forward a couple years, hard drive crashed and had to redo my ui from scratch, ended up with the same problem so what I did this last time was go to wago io and got a elvui profile that someone else had customized for druid that was close to how I wanted mine and just tweaked it from there. Bars worked from the get go because some poor schmuck did the work for me. Hope that my lazy solution works for you lol.

Under the action bar settings there is a section to change the paging based on your forms. It can get pretty complicated depending on how many bars you want to change.

To be more specific

Elui config β†’ Action Bars β†’ Player Bars

Click the bar you want to change based on form, and add your conditionals under the Action Paging section.

You will about need to create a spreadsheet of what for uses what bar(s)

For example, my bar 1 paging is this:
[stance:0/3/5/6/7] 1;[stance:2] 5; [stance:1]7; [stance:4] 9;

In caster, travel, tree of life, mount, and soulshape forms, the buttons don’t change
In cat form, the buttons change to the buttons on action bar 5
In bear form, the buttons change to the buttons on action bar 7
In moonkin form, the buttons change to the buttons on action bar 9

I have a couple of bars that change based on stance, and the rest remain the same no matter which form.

Thanks everyone

[bonusbar:1,nostealth] 7; [bonusbar:1,stealth] 8; [bonusbar:2] 10; [bonusbar:3] 9; [bonusbar:4] 10;

Copy paste that i should work, it work for me at least.

once you have your UI setup go into your WoW folder wherever it is on your PC and backup your WTF folder
also before you do any changes on a working UI backup your WTF folder
its not a big folder so you can keep it on any USB stick for example

now if you mess something up or you need to reinstall WoW for whatever reason just restore your WTF folder, your UI should be there

also recommend a backup of your interface / addons folder
then you know what addons you had / have and makes it easier to update
