Iāve been an elf since EverQuest and if I ever play another mmorpg, I hope to be an elf there too.
(Hopefully Ashes of Creation has elves)

As a die-hard Horde, I actually really like Blood Elves and regard them as culturally similar to the core Horde races, meaning I think that theyāre a good fit. Forsaken were the odd ducks until around the end of BFA. I think Velves are weird, but thereās so many different sub-species of Troll, itās par for the course.

Mostly hate the fact elves keep being spoiled with things they donāt need of late while everyone else starves for cosmetic options, that and the entitled behavior of some elf players is obnoxious. The whole āIām better than everyone because Iām an elfā kinda stuffā¦yeah no makes me wanna 
more than love elves. No offense to anyone who plays elves of course justā¦some of the elf playerbase needs to tone it down a bitā¦ the world does not revolve around elves. Iāve got a few myself but Iām not thinking Iām a god among men when i play one, also Vulpera are cuter so I play vulpera more than elves
Itās a combination of the irritating high-elf whinging and the four year long slow-burning tanty thrown by night elf fans after the opening patch of Battle for Azeroth.
I donāt mind elves all too much.
I donāt like how they are usually portrayed in Fantasy worlds, and that includes World of Warcraft. It makes them a hard fit to actually be playable, and the elf race overall is made to be nowhere near the power level or sophistication that they were otherwise introduced as while not playable, or playable only in a strictly solo-campaign game.
Many fans of elves are also just whiny little babies that are annoying to listen to constantly. All they have on their mind is āelfā which is weird considering that elves in most fantasy worlds are just humans with long ears, despite an otherwise long-lifespan that could reach thousands.
Not even Tolkien could make proper elves, tbh, they were just very old humans.
Actually, I reconsideredā¦ screw elves, get them out of all fantasy settings.
Only race I hate is goblin. Good for nothing, greedy, will sell their granma if that nets them money. They are all the same. There are no two unique goblin characters. Literal temu version of gnomes.
I used to hate furry race but there are so many of them that Ive just become numb to their presence. Still hate them I think.
