I think it’s fun they’re adding little things here and there. Next, I want to see other races get round ears. I think an Orc with Human-like ears would be hilarious.

they do but they end up with human lifespan and meaning they die of oldage unlike fullblood elves also they either have 0 magical talent or only magical talent and no physical never both.
We dont have ANY lore on the half elven life spans. And Arathor is a paladin,a relatively physically demanding class.
the arathi are the descenands of half elves the reasont hey probly left long ago was exile to escape discrimination which even magic users faced which dalaran sheltered them.
we know the light does not require magical talent its drawn differntly.
To be fair, barring Night Elves, and only because assuming a tree that could give the Aspects their powers back, which they now live in, would also grant them Nozdormu’s gift of never aging again… normal full blooded Elves like Void/Blood/High do die of old age, at like 6,000 years old.
This is the oldest they’re known to live for, as the oldest High Elves alive who witnessed the Troll Wars are now dead after the Scourge wiped out 90% of the populace.
