I’m still mildly annoyed that we’re just getting this customization option without any in-game explanation.
Like, it’s obviously because of the Arathi but is the Hallowfall branch joining the Alliance officially? Are these just supposed to just be random mercenaries? Did Blizzard just say “eh, we made these for the NPCs but I guess you can have it or whatever”?
I suspect it’s the last one.

Funny enough, my evoker. I grinded out the lego staff. So I can either fly as evoker now or turn into a dragon as a dragon

Oh this nonsense again. When Draenei got Red Skin their racial gift of the naaru also got a touch up to reflect those who chose the red skin option. While yes it would be nice to have some of the other customization features of cracked skin with fel glow as with everything in life. You learn to compromise and accept it.
Also we’re never getting Draenei or Orc Demon Hunters.
Can elfs even mate with humans? Pretty sure they cant and don’t.
High elves (Blood Elves) can in fact mate and produce offspring with humans, we see it all the time in WoW. Arator is Turalyon and Alleria’s halfbreed son.
Unsure about Night Elves or any other race. Maybe Orcs but that’s a stretch.
I’m so going to hate these elven ears! I’m just going to despise them! It’s going to stick out like a sore thumb in group play underneath the 4 mechanic timers, 10 thousand swirlies, the 3 casts I need to interrupt, the affix bubbles, the male orc in sailor moon skirt, and the weak aura screaming at me to use cooldowns.

Old lore from Knaak implied it rarely resulted in children - the Windrunner kids were kind of exceptional that way.
I cannot say I’m a big fan of discount bretons (Faeryn is an okay character but she’s shackled to lore that makes me raise all the eyebrows) here so I’m huffing hopium that making it human rather than blood/void elven customizations means my main fear for midnight is being dodged.
I can’t remember their names, but the draenei exiles (outcasts?) are still a race I’d love to see added as playable as well. I can’t see us getting them this far out, but a lad can dream.

I can’t really say its noticeable but whatever let people have nice things. I use the ring toy so not like I can judge.
You can go either or. It was Broken first and I believe they were called Krokul during Legion. At least the Argus ones.
Near as I can tell, any titan influenced race can mate with any other titan influenced race.
Elves, Orcs, Draenei, Humans, ect.
The titans use a baseline genetic code for all their creations that make them close enough to interbreed.
