Elusive Faerie Cache
can’t be opened by a good amount of people, you have to get a torch in ardenweild and take it to the chest before the lamp debuff ends

The problem is… while you CAN see the non-usable shadowed chest (when you don’t have the torch debuff) you CAN’T see the open-able chest when you do have the torch… making this treasure unobtainable and the treasures of ardenweild achievement unobtainable…
I tried submitting a bug report in game but it redirected me here…
I tried enabling warmode, I tried getting in 5 different phases using group finder… this chest is just outright broken. I have loremaster for this zone if that makes any difference.

Blizzard does not care about this.
Same problem. Read another thread on here with tons of people having the issue. It’s super lame.

I was able to loot the Elusive Faerie Cache, but there was nothing inside. Got credit for the achievement, at least.
Not sure how you didn’t find this one since it’s in the name, but yeah it’s still broken as of this morning when I tried.

Broken for me as well. I was able to open chest, got no loot. Hopefully we get an update.

Yep I just went and checked, at least it looks like they are trying to fix it… though it could also be because there is a world quest up in the area now… [a thorn in their side]
Got the lamp, went to Elusive Faerie Cache, saw it, opened it, looked like i was looting it, except i wasn’t. I stayed in loot position(froze,stuck w/e) until i made my character move. Checked bags, nothing there. Went back, got the lamp again, came back 2 more times, no cache visible.
It did count towards "Treasures of Ardenweald"
However was unable to collect items, toy.

I received mine in the mailbox a day later as well.
