I have been messing around with spec and for awhile ive used the talent new moon. but ive noticed since patch 11.2.5 that the full moon effect no longer shows the animation.
Also that the damage does not register because of this. Also that when in the hero talent of Elunes chosen that the talents boundless moonlight and The eternal moon are not functioning at all.
I can cast multiple new and half moons and no additional moons. let alone are they ever adding the 2 additional moons stated with Boundless moonlight. please look into this.
