Recolor a tyranny illusion for Elite.
Have it rotate per expansion:
TWW: Light Blue (Storm Colored). Thundering Tyranny.
Midnight: Void Purple. Entropic Tyranny.
Last Titan: Titan Gold/Bronze/Yellow or Whitish Yellow. Titantic Tyranny.
Can’t be that tough to just color it per expansion.

I disagree with it being at Elite. We already have rewards there even if you move the tabard to duelist, we have an entire recolored set of elite weapons.
I think if this were to happen it should be in between Duelist/elite as a new reward since there is nothing in between duelist/elite currently. Would feel kinda nice for progression I think. I think moving tabard to duelist is smart, moving enchant to 2250 or 2300 or something while making it tyranny style and keeping weapons at elite would work well.
They could also just make an enchant tyranny style now at 2100 too every once in a while, maybe once an expac or something. I don’t think moving it up would change their minds on this at all though.

DF unironically had some of the best pvp enchants since legion
Storm was s1 and I actually like it and think it looks good with some mogs. S2 shadowflame was obviously the best one they’ve made in a while. S3 was my least favorite, but even that goes really well with similar themed mogs. S4 was cool too, but it’s hard to make it match stuff.
It’s a big improvement from shadowlands where he had:
Black (admittedly cool on some weapons)
Purply black
Glowy pixel
Golden moving line so faint you’re not sure it’s there.
This was the biggest slap in the face from a pvp enjoyer stand point

I like cosmic flow. 
Eternal Flux is also fine for gold mogs. In general it’d be kind of cool if they were bound by whatever restrictions and could instead go back to giving us enchants that make our weapons look like light sabers.
DF was definitely a massive step up from SL. The only one I actually liked from SL was the cosmic glowball one because on some weapons it goes on the very end of the weapon rather than in the middle or on the sheathe area and it looks pretty sweet when it does that imo.
With DF enchants I liked all of them aside from s4 but that was just due to the color of it, not a fan. I think storm enchant looks super good on weapons its prominent on (usually everything but swords), shadowflame is obviously insane, s3 shows well on certain weapons and when it does it looks very good.
I would like a tyranny style enchant though at some point, I dont think rating really has anything to do with it. More so that they just aren’t doing those maybe to preserve the prestige of the originals but you can do that by just recoloring them so idk.
Ehh storm in s1 was basically electric with those tuskarr incense stick smoke effects from wotlk. Its alright but season 2 was unironically the best one theyve made. S3 and s4 are just the same exact thing but sand n minecrsft xp orbs. Noe this seasons enchant is a zippo lighters sparks like cmon hownhard is it to make a dense enchant
