So recently I’ve been doing a lot of world pvp in Undermine and one thing I was noticing is people are actively forming strategies around getting people to aggro the guards and get people killed. This wouldn’t be such an issue if these guards weren’t so powerful. These guards have delve boss health and hit very hard and apply a CC every 10 seconds or so. And to make matters worse. If you defend yourself against a player that attacked you then the guards also aggro to you. I’ve also noticed that players who get bounties tend to take advantage of this a lot.
I understand they need certain zones to be kept safe otherwise you’d have large pvp groups camping npcs for hours and turning in quests would be a nightmare. But at the same time, shouldn’t using safe zones be more then enough to accomplish that? Not to mention that people can turn off warmode and have every area be a safe zone. It seems kind of overkill to have these elite guards be so powerful. Especially considering how easily it can be abused.
