I raised an in-game ticket due to being unable to loot elite Data Anomalies. The GM told me that I could only loot the elite version of each type once per day, however I am unable to loot even the first one. My first summon early this morning was an elite, which I killed, and I could not loot it.
I know that the Data Anomaly mobs were changed supposedly to follow the rare mob rules of once each per day, but as of August 3rd, as well as the last 2 times the event has been up, a set list of the mobs have spawned the first time each day in a non-rare form that eliminates the chance for me of getting any of their rare loot like the Holo Relay.

It seems to be completely random for me.
Today I’ve been able to loot them all except for Balnazzar. Last time, I could loot every rare anomaly except for Hogger. The time before the same thing happened but with two rares that I couldn’t loot though I can’t remember which ones.
Edit: couldn’t loot Baron Kazum today either.
I think it must be random as well - I’ve killed just rare Kazum and Razorclaw today and could loot them both. Might be an issue of flags on specific ones not always properly resetting.
I stood at the anomoly place for an hour. The only mobs that were rare for me were baron ged, razor, and krom. I only need two more recipes and the anomolies are the only source for one of them.
I just ran into this issues today.
I could only loot the Baron Geddon anomaly, the others who were flagged as rare elite(silver dragon portrait) on my first kill were not lootable.
Couldn’t click their corpse for even a spare part or vendor trash.
So 3/4 of the potential anomalies were unlootable.
Really sucks, considering I’ve paragon’d like 5 times and done anomalies every day and still don’t have the blueprint for the hearthstone.
