Considering there’s half elves and half orcs it makes sense.
Someone can rp as a half elf half gnome if they wanted to.
Exactly! Not only that but gnomes have pointy ears in other games. Like female dwarfs have beards in other worlds. Wows females dwarfs are only just getting theirs however etc.
The possibility for it is there is all I’m saying lol.

There should be like, tons, of different hybrids by this point in history lol. With the Alliance and Horde races intermingling this long, there should be half-elves ftom all possible backgrounds running around. Blizzard is just too lazy for it.
You can dock your ears however you like.
