This is to celebrate everything that is Elf. The elves have the best architecture, look the best in transmogs, and have the best lore. Others may enjoy their particular races, however, they’re still not as likable, or even lovable, as the elves.
Also remember, that the Blood Elves are the main race that head up the Horde part of the expedition, because of the Reliquary.
It’s really important that Blood Elves stay modest. We don’t want our lesser friends and allies to feel insecure when they compare themselves to us.
Would love to see an elf forest with an elf fortress city in the middle of it. Anything Silvermoom like is godsend imo

Even the Sin’dorei homeland beats all others, although Blizzard needs to update that scar down the middle of it, because now it should be gone since the Sunwell was restored.
Blood elves - i love everything about them (I do wish they weren’t so tiny though lol).
Their architecture, their lore, everything. I love when we get to revisit them like we do for the Reliquary. I’d also kill for another reason to go back to Silvermoon or something.

Personally, I’d rather have a spectacular city with ruins outside of it, than an outdated mediocre one. I don’t even think Silvermoon city could compete with Suramar even with an update.

Maybe I should just accept that Blood Elf Death Knight is probably the only Horde Death Knight that feels right. Orcs don’t exactly feel “Knightly” and Undead have the Squeaky voice with the Death Knight reverb.
