Elementals in Badlands aren't scaling. Spawn lvl 60

Unable to level here cause the elementals are just 2 shotting all 47 and below. they aren’t scaling like all the other mobs.

I’m on Area 52

Its not just the badlands, i have noticed its the water event wherever it is.

Are you in chromie time? I had that issue, left chromie time and all scaled after that

I’ll have to check, But i did the earth event on the same toon with no issues.
