Got some quests from this NPC. Went and did them but when I returned to hand them in she’d vanished.

Same thing is happening to me at the moment. Stuck with “A Key Element”. Yellow question mark is there, just no NPC.

Ditto for me as well. Marked on the map with the question mark, but is missing.

I found a solution. Go sit near where here quest marker for the turn ins are, and abandon one of the quests she gives. I abandoned the one with finding the researchers, since it’s super quick. She respawns, and you need to wait till she runs off to the Life Vault. Then, you finish the quests, and her location moves to the right place.
Hopefully they fix it soon, so you don’t have to repeat a quest if you’re like me and don’t want to watch someone walk 5 feet to disappear to their next destination

No, you don’t have to abandon any quests. Just go to the life vault and she will be there even though the quest marker is not in the right spot.

She is in the vault below. Where the unsettled rubble are there is a vault and she is inside. Go down the stairs and you will see it.

Bordenweana was 100% right. Follow the steps down into the ruins and you’ll find her along with 2 other NPCs.
I found her standing in front of the barrier, however after turning in the quests, She doesn’t offer anymore quests so I can’t continue on to open the barrier…

I am unable even to obtain the orb. 6% random drop to proceed in the quest line seems low. Besides, I killed like 100 elementals, no drop. So I have completed Unearthed Troublemakers and unable to proceed any further.
