Elemental Talent Position Improvements

All the changes are really cool coming in the next patch.
One thing I think that could open up playstyles would be to first:

  1. Move icefury talents in front of the lighting talent on the left
  2. Swap Elemental Unity and Echo of the Elements positions

This way you can make a more focused build into wanting to do more fire or nature damage. While still having an option for a full weave playstyle
Otherwise everything else has been really cool so far

remove Ice fury. Make storm/fire elemental a 1 minute cooldown instead of a 2.5 minute cooldown with 20 second uptime. Make ascendance proc off of more than just maelstrom spenders.

DONE.

Hard agree. I have hated every iteration of Ice Fury.
