Haste = Crit > Versatility >>>>>>> Mastery

I’m playing Shaman different than most. I’ve moved away from being a meatball spamming lunatic. I want to cast lightning bolts too and serve as healer relief. It’s the closest thing to hybrid I can come up with. I’m working towards a crit/haste build bc at ~40% crit (covenant soul bind) effects all of our spells and abilities. So chain heal, lightning and vesper can explode.

Depends on the build and content. I can only really speak to PvE. Intellect is your best stat, so for the most part, an ilvl increase is going to yield more damage. For M+: usually 20% haste, as much crit as possible, and then vers. This pairs nicely with most leggos you’d play in M+ like Seeds of Rampant Growth or Echoes of the Great Sundering. You can get more haste than that, 20% just feels like enough to where cast times don’t feel slow. In raid, again it depends on your build/leggo, but haste/vers stacking goes well with most leggo choices. Hope this helps.

For pvp it’s typically:
Int
Vers
Haste
Crit
Mastery

The only time you’d swap that is if you want to run something like kyrian for vesper totem 1 shots. Then it’s:
Int
Vers
Crit
Haste
Mastery

Not sure about pve!

Both guides are fine:

Haste>Versatility>Crit>Mastery is the stat priority for single target encounters in raids. Haste increases the amount of Lavaburst procs and Versatility increases their damage since they always crit. Critical strike is for other spells and Mastery has lowest value.

Crit>Haste>Versa>Mastery is the stat priority for M+ where you play completely different legendary and talents and focus on aoe damage.
