Elemental shaman in pvp

Elemental shamans need some slight tweaking from a pvp perspective. As far as caster go ele sham has always been seen as a heavy hitter but at the cost of everything being hardcasting and often based around a 3min CD however now in SoD it seem all other casters via runes have not become heavy hitters which im all for! its nice to see other caster specs being viable my issue now is ele shaman feels left in the dust. And simply just needs some minor tweaks to balance us out. firstly flame shock needs to be at a minimum 35yard range. Having to run to near melee range to apply flame shock is just stupid especially now most melee classes have gained now gap closers, I’m basically making their life easier while going against other casters they are just instant casting most of their main damaging spells before I can even get any kind of cast off. Yes lava burst hits hard but for a 2 second cast with so much push back half the time you’re dead or so close to dead it makes no difference if you manage to cast it. Yes we can use talents to avoid pushback on spells but thats only after a crit and in SOD everything is so burst related if you get crit its generally 1/3 to 1/2 of your hp. I think Lava burst should be reduced to 1.5s cast and suffer less push back. with that being said it would probably need to bring overload procs back down to 33% from 50% or it would become too OP and increasing power surge procs again would be possibly too broken and not as enjoyable hoping to rng procs happen to win alot of fights
