Hello!
I was leveling in Netherstorm the other day, and eventually came to the quest “Elemental Power Extraction.” Judging by the prompts, I’m given a crystal that I’m supposed to use on certain live monsters in the area to obtain an “Elemental Power” item. Sadly, using the crystal on said monsters seems to have no effect; I’ve tried using it multiple times, and even killing the target then checking the loot. For some reason, the quest item just isn’t generating, unless I’m doing something wrong.
Tried both with Chromie time and without, and dropped the quest to try it again later, but no difference.
