With the drastically reduced uptime on Elemental Pets they no longer fit the CD and talent node investments you have them currently aligned with.
If this is actually the plan moving forward, you need to reduce their CD to align w/ Ascendance windows, since that’s essentially going to be their only use case. With Ascendance now having absurd amounts of our damage profile packed into it, if you don’t align these CDs people will just end up holding Fire/Storm elemental until Ascendance is up, which is bad design.
Furthermore you’re almost certainly going to need to repurpose/redesign all the elemental pet buffing nodes, because they are going to lose most of their existing value.
