Yo, what am i doing wrong ?
I need this over the Blue mog. I am trying to farm this now in Azure spam - i am getting 1 per mob. I need approx 250 per pc?
am i doing this right?
any suggestions ?
look for a group in lfg, usually you can find raid groups slaughtering everying and you’ll get plenty

Your best bet for farming EO is when an elemental invasion is up over by the Obsidian Citadel. Like, right on top of where the wyrms and some of the rares spawn.
Or group.

Normal and trivial mobs give 1
Elites give 5
Boss elites give 22
Stack elites with a group, or follow the zerg and tag everything you can

That area is bad farming overflow I have found and my only suggestion is to leave it altogether and go to one of the other ones.
In particular, the Ohnaran plains one, in the western area, the Nokhud spot, is the very best one. It has a sort of natural arena area people pull things down into, so it’s usually just tons of people clearing. If I tag the mobs there before they die, I can easily get 20-40 per loot. Just farmed 400 there on two alts about an hour and a half or so ago. I make sure I go there every time it’s up now.

I spent 30 min and hardly got like 70 in azure. i was with a raid group. killed 2 rare - they gavce me lmao 1
The one in the south area of Azure Span is terrible. No idea why mobs drop so little Elemental Overflow there.
But as people have said, Obsidian Citadel and Nokhund area are really great for farming. You can get somwhere 1000-2000 per hour there.

The poison area in Azure gives a lot while in a group. It’s my favorite spot.

Yeah they are really hit-or-miss spots.
In Ohnaran plains it’s amazing. In Tyrhold it feels like I am getting 1 every few minutes and a lot of the mobs drop 0

You do want to hit each type every week to get your storm sigils though. Each type drops a core you can get once a week that you turn in for two sigils for a total of 8 sigils a week. You use the sigils to upgrade the gear. Sorry if you already knew that I just want to be helpful

I have a full set. I just farmed it for the blue transmog. 900 more to go for the mount.

NO arena was the best for me. To get it !
Wait for a storm in obsidian citadel of waking shore.
Get the worldbreaker title so you can farm Magma motes.
Now you can farm your Elemental BS, Key fragment BS, and Magma Mote BS all at once. That’s a 3 for 1.
