Just put Elemental Focusing Lens on my 636 ilvl Charged Halberd. Unfortunately it is showing 66k damage per proc to me in game and on Armory. When others inspect me in game it shows the correct value of 101k damage per proc to them. The damage at target dummies appears to be the lessor value. What’s going on?
