For the shaman quest for the Earth Shield rune Elemental Distress, the stone spirits we need to kill are not spawning in the Charred Vale in Stonetalon Mountains. I have been here for hours and I haven’t seen a single one or even the corpse of one. The progress on this rune is being blocked by this bug.
