The Ultimate Power potion recipe has been in the Aberrus journal under the Assault boss since 10.1, but this week it seems to be missing from the journal entirely. Has something changed?
It’s displayed as the satchel of pilfered recipes on the loot table because the boss can drop any recipe that previously dropped in vault of the incarnates. I’ve seen it drop at least once on a guild run.
