<Element> is currently looking for new members to help rebuild it’s raiding roster for our 10m. Several of us recently came from a 5/9 HM guild which went it’s seperate ways. We are looking for players who wish to work on hard mode progression with us and future content. We are a very relaxed laid-back group of people and always enjoy meeting new players.
We are very lenient on logs etc., if you have some that’s great, if you don’t that’s not a problem. Showing up ready to do your best is all we ask out of you. We want people who we can rely on to be there the 2 days a week we are scheduled to raid. If we notice thing’s that could help you improve we don’t mind going over logs to help you with it. We don’t mind teaching you the fights to an extent if you are uncertain on certain aspects of it.
In regards to your current gear we do prefer you at least make an attempt to prepare yourself for Ulduar content so anything around the 4k gs is something we can work with and also easily obtainable. We try to keep busy aside from the 2 raid days by doing Naxx, OS, EoE runs etc. in downtime, so if your in need of certain gear it’s an easy way to obtain it.
Our loot system is a MS/OS +1 and we use Gargol to help handle all distributions.

As noted in the title we raid 2 days a week, those days being on Wednesday & Friday evenings. The usual time’s are 8-11pm server but these are abit inflated. We tend to start raid invites around 8ish and actually start around 8:30. We don’t always run until 11 but it is possible if people want to keep going or do extra pulls, normally raid ends about 10:30.
