How to win vs Warr,Surv,Monk,Dh,Sp,Feral
I genuinely do not know. There are just stronger. Please provide with some useful tips. Like maybe vesper totem is a play. But only earth shield legendary keep me alive until the dampening get to 60% and they just shot me or the healer. I wanna some real useful strategies vs Warrs especially. Like what to do when he spear you
There’s a lot of factors here, so I’ll do my best to sum it up. If you’re playing ele in 2s you’re in for a REALLY bad time tbh. Most casters are not meta in the slightest and have massive weaknesses. With enough gear and skill you can pull it off, but uphill battle. 3s is different and much more manageable.
Worth noting I’m only 2100, there’s definitely higher rated ele sham out there.
Long story short, Ele is quite squishy with the necrolord fleshcraft nerf. Yes, you should really be necro. Vesper is a fun gimmick, but necro is great for a few reasons:
- You can get locked out of nature/fire on purpose and use fleshcraft to save yourself
- Marileth soul bind has a lot of naturally baked in defense
As for legendary, run skybreakers or ele equilibrium.
General strategy tips:
- Run primal elementalist, make sure you have the vital accretion conduit
- Use the condensed anima sphere conduit too (lots of passive heals)
- Earth ele w/ primal elementalist has a 50% wall, rotate astral shift in first, then swap to this after your fire ele is down, but only when you’re in danger
Warrior:
- You need to turtle up during spear, unless you have a warlock on your team. If there’s a lock, play near gate, you can gate out of spear.
- Otherwise your team needs to stop the warrior with cc, you need to lasso them during spear, or you need to D up. If you’re necro you can trade an intentional interrupt for fleshcraft and you should live the spear.
WW:
- Similar to warrior, you need to track when he has big cooldowns up. Never stack with your teammates, trinket + lasso if your healer is cc’d and teammate cannot help you.
- If WW trinkets lasso, immediately hex. If WW kicks you, fleshcraft.
- There’s almost no point in kiting or trying to kite a WW, keefer’s legendary makes that nigh impossible.
DH:
- Not too bad once you get past meta, it’s a lot of frontloaded damage, but DH defensives honestly suck. Point is to keep up pressure on the DH whenever possible.
- When he leaps into air to meta (the transform, not flying up to ranged attack) he’s immune to dmg and cc for a few seconds, wait until the DH lands.
- Always interrupt eye beam.
SP:
- You need to ensure the SP cannot land an overly long cc chain. SP has solid damage, but not the burst of a mage.
- Kick void eruption if they don’t take the pvp talent. Otherwise, kick on cd and ground mindgames.
- If you’re running shackles trinket, use it on dispersion, it negates the healing entirely.
SV / Feral - good luck…probably the hardest things you’ll ever fight as an ele in 2s. In 3s, a lot depends on teammates, but ferals are poor kill targets. Hunters flop after feign death if you catch them in a lasso + dmg from teammate.

you play skybreakers legendary for pad damage
stack vers/haste
play at the pillar very often into wizards
depending on your comp and their comp stand as far from pillars as possible into melee
use frostshock/earthbind ghostwolf to create distance (it sucks compared to almost every melees gap closing potential but its what we have)
if he spears you press astral shift, if you don’t have astral shift then pray.
also play necrolord, primordial wave is very very strong and so is flesh craft

Non useful answer was given. I is a useless data people don’t even try. I have like 12k games this season playing 2v2 I wanna hear real tip. Honestly I do not feel that Necro is a way. We only pick coz of wave and in reality it doesn’t really provide a lot of dmg or sustain. Shield goes down from Warrs might throw. Nothing really works what you described above it just time waste and dampening until Warr executes you. So I wanna hear a meta breaker not just “Kite run pillar heal and bla bla bla… We already know that” I wanna a real META BREAKER

2s is rough for ele. Similar tips apply. Play with an rdruid or holy priest for stun setups.

Fine here’s a tip for off meta craziness:
- Play elemental equilibrium legendary
- Stack crit up to ~20%
- Run surge of power +skyfury
- Meme for 1 shots
I’ve got the data I need. No one knows what to do and everyone is suffering. Shaman is fine even people on forum do not know what to do :(. Also got tips from players who are not even play 2v2. Thank you very much. Very unhelpful

Damn it I was about to say this.
I’m not trolling. I checked peoples profile and did not see that they were playing 2v2 only 3v3. I’m trying to point out the problem that why it is so freaking difficult to win those classes. It is not a hard gameplay mechanic wow is not hard ok. And so what that I have classic character I just did not switch him. Is it gonna help me win?

No please so much potential. Such a mobile class. I can’t switch from it. Any other class feels very boring. Can’t then they delete the spec and give some cool abilities like storm keeper and fire elem to restor?
