I just got an ELECOM EX-G Pro Trackball Mouse. Unfortunately, many of the mouse buttons are not being recognized when i try to assign them in WOW under key bindings. Can they even be recognized? Are there other mice this happens to so I don’t waste money buying it and i can’t bind the keys in game?
You may need to remap those buttons in the elecom software. That’s where I would start.

I did. I have used the assistant to see if that would get me somewhere. The only thing i can do is perhaps assign some keys to the buttons then the keys to the game. However, i lose a lot of keys that I already have assigned cause there are not many to choose from that work in world…such as Tab and backspace.
Try Ctrl- Function key combos or Alt and function key combos. There are a bunch that you may be able to use that you never think about because there’s no reason to think about them.
