Recently just acquired my 11.2 tier set, I have yet seen or received a jackpot buff once through 10 games, is it a hidden buff or is it not working currently.
Tier 2 piece works for me in PvP. Unless you’re talented into the mini elemental after the big one fades, you may not see it. The port duration is reduced by half in PvP. With 20% duration talent is 3.6 secs without its 3 seconds. It fades so fast you may not even notice it while in combat. Plus I think the proc chance is needed in PvP to.
It may as well not even be there in PvP. 3 seconds is such a brief window that you’ll very rarely get to take advantage of it showing up, especially with how low the proc rate seems to be. I can get repeated activations of the sets on my Warlock and Evoker, but very rarely see it pop up for the Shaman.
