did some experiments with elemental talents and tried to stack as many overloads as possible. which would be 1) Power of the Maelstrom 2) Stormkeeper 3) Mastery: Overload, I know the mastery need some luck, however after 20min of trying i always only can see 2 overloads.
not sure this is intended, or im just THAT unlucky
