Can I run Farseer instead of Stormbringer now?

No idea. My guess is no.

its absolute dog caca, i lost roughly a third of my over all dps

I do. I PvP so obviously I have to but man I’m finding no problems with AOE or ST play as Farseer. Plus it feels much more forgiving unlike Stormbringer where one mis casted tempest costs you some free instant bolts.

It doesnt even feel nerfed in pvp. It feels sooo goood. It almost reminds me of MoP ele shaman
