Tooltip and patch release notes say Arc Discharge now gives 2 instant LBs or CL. It still only gives 1 instant cast.
I reported this multiple times on the PTR as well.
Patch notes say it stacks to two charges, not that it gives two charges. The spell seems to be working as described in the patch notes.
However, the tooltip is incorrect.
Current:
Tempest causes your next 2 Chain Lightning or Lightning Bolt spells to be instant cast and deal 40% increased damage.
Can accumulate up to 2 charges.
Should be:
Tempest causes your next Chain Lightning or Lightning Bolt spell to be instant cast and deal 40% increased damage.
Can accumulate up to 2 charges.
I see now. I could’ve sworn it was updated back to 2 instant bolts…
