Ele Sham Multiple Totem Macro?

Sorry if this has been asked before. Is there a macro that allows you to drop 2-4 totems at a time on Ele Sham?

No.
I believe the only totem not on the GCD is windfury, all others are.

You would have to make a cast sequence macro.
