Environment: Underrot Dungeon
Affected Boss: Elder Leaxa
Issue Description: While in the Underrot dungeon, during the encounter with Elder Leaxa, it has been observed that there is a notable issue with the boss’s Creeping Rot ability. Approximately 40% of the time, after Elder Leaxa completes the cast for Creeping Rot, the spell is directed towards the tank for a 0.5-second window instead of its intended direction. This misdirection results in instant death to any player standing in melee range in the path of the tank. In some instances, this has also resulted in the tank being killed.
Reproduction Steps:
- Engage Elder Leaxa in Underrot.
- Allow her to cast Creeping Rot multiple times.
- Observe the direction of the cast immediately after it is finished.
- Note if the cast is directed towards the tank instead of its intended direction.
Expected Behavior: Creeping Rot should always be directed in its intended direction and not veer off towards the tank or any other unintended direction.
Actual Behavior: Creeping Rot, in some cases, misdirects towards the tank for a short duration of 0.5 seconds after its casting is complete, causing unnecessary and unexpected player deaths.

Severity: High. This issue can disrupt gameplay, making it more challenging for groups to complete the dungeon due to unexpected player deaths.
Additional Notes: Given the unpredictable nature of this bug, it poses a significant challenge for groups attempting to clear Underrot, especially on higher difficulty levels where precise movement and mechanics are essential. This issue needs to be addressed promptly to provide a fair and consistent experience for players.
