And no, you absolutely cannot not pick Glacial spike, it does too much damage to not pick it. Atleast if you are playing actual endgame content.
Frost is just so dang boring atm though. No flash. Mid-power. Very average.
I’ll never take Glacial Spike. If they try to force it on me, I’ll play a different class. I enjoy my Comet Storm build.

Glacial spike is kinda useless in casual content anyway, mobs will die just from flurry+ice lance.

I would almost have preferred them to double down on the build-spend. Sub Rogue is a lot of fun to play, and reasonably simple/ Their AoE is 3 buttons. Blizz could easily have made CmS, GS and Ray a spender. Ah well, I’m just salty that after the nerfs Frost will be mid-pack while putting in twice the effort of other classes.
don’t try to smooth the post-memetheory builders/spenders rider-post to move on all causally like the motive is in the headline and you start getting irrelevant just to add the mention tho.
have we been referred to “builder-spender” communication standards after a contrivance of some sort, that I had not developed the term or established usage yet the term in usage presently contributes diction of terms previously held standard? for example, “builder-spender” refers to which actions most directly?
how have we not included the expansion of terms such as “contributions”, that a Holy Priest may effect to reduce the cooldown-recharge of abilities and the commons be enhanced a fortifying knowledge by referring to abilities and subsequence as “contributions”?

to counter summary; what if “builders-spenders” exists only as unwelcome tribute to an idea-control. what if usage of terms may be appropriate only if such be deemed unusable as consequence?
