(Edit: Not Addons? But) Tier Bonus "Clink" activation sound

EDIT: Looks like I’m wrong and it’s in-fact tier bonus that triggers this sound, rather than an addon?
I moved the thread to GD. LMK if I should move it elsewhere.

I don’t recall this happening before… It might’ve been a patch thing, but literally every time ANY buff is applied on my character, there’s an odd annoying “clink” sound that goes off.
I would truly appreciate if, by any chance, anybody here knows which addon from the list could be doing this, and how I could disable it in the settings:
OmniCC, Arena Anti-Malware, BattleGround Enemies, BigDebuffs, Details! Damage Meter, GladiusEX, OmniBar, OmniCD, Quartz, TrueStatValues, TrufiGCD.
I also have other that are turned off on the character: Advanced Interface Options, APMByVinoh, TellMeWhen, WeakAuras

It’s intended, and while I’m personally a fan of it I don’t know how to disable it.

I think there is an addon that allows you mute specific sounds, I can’t recall but I think it also explained how to find the sound effect id number
