So I made a new character and immediately would like to move my chat box up. Unfortunately, I have to go into “edit mode” for that, and it is greyed out/unavailable.
This might be a bug on lower level players/new players, but if this is intended this is awful. Not being able to move anything around until X level is poor design.
also because of this being greyed out, I’m not able to load my usual UI that I use on ALL my other characters.
what happens when you right click on the chat pane tab?
I just finished exiles reach on a new toon and am having the same issue as well. I’ve tried completely rebooting the game and UI and nothing has remedied the situation.
I found a script the other day and was able to run it at lvl1 on exile’s reach to access edit mode. I believe this was it - /script ShowUIPanel(EditModeManagerFrame)
the script does work thank you! but…still hope they fix this “bug” or pray this wasn’t intended…
