Edit Mode not saving changes to Action Bar positions

I enter Edit Mode.
If I move my Action Bars around, the Save button does not light up red. It stays grey and interactable.
This is happening specifically on one character thus far, a druid.

I have zero addons.

Update:

I was able to select to move Action Bars 6, 7, & 8 to their original positions using the Default position button.

But any moving of those Action Bars isn’t something the game detects. While in Edit Mode, even if I move an Action Bar somewhere else, the Default position button does not light up. The Save button does not light up.

I am able to resize them and set them to only show out of combat.

Essentially, I have action bars that are stuck in the middle of my screen.

I’m using several add-ons, but I just experienced the same thing tonight (googling for a solution brought me to this post). Guess it’s a bug.

I had the same issue.
If you export the code and import it as a new profile the snap and locations should save again.
At least it worked for me.
