Zero addons enabled
I make edit changes to my UI save them to a profile then log off and come back and 100% of everything is undone and nothing is saved. Completely unplayable since I can’t actually make a UI.

I’m having the same problem. When I go into edit mode, I cannot move my target frame or focus frame. I select them all in the hud edit window but nothing happens. If I close the hud edit screen, I’m stuck in edit mode and I cannot turn it off without doing /reload. I also cannot save any layouts. If I click save, in the pop up asking to name the new layout, nothing happens.

No one in customer support has anything to do with bugs. I would suggest posting in the bug report forum where QA will see it.

I’m having the exact same issue. Too frustrating to deal with after spending two hours working on getting the perfect UI and saving it only to logout and find it didn’t save at all. So tried it all over again with just a few obvious changes to test it, did this three times now and still can’t get it to actually save even though it lets me save in game and choose a name for it and everything. Logout and back in and it’s just gone - not even there to choose from.

This same exact thing is happening to me. I spent 2 hours making my frames and bars look exactly how I wanted the first time, only to log off and back on and it was all converted back to the default UI. It saved the name I created for it, but that’s it. So, I did it all back over again, did a couple dungeons to test it out, logged off and out of curiosity, logged back in and off course…
All gone again. Back to the default. Basically unplayable if you need to switch back and forth between characters for any reason.
some people have reported they worked around the issue by copying the text from the editor and pasting it into notepad, then copy paste it from there to other characters.

where can i find this?
I made changes on multiple characters and it works fine. My problem is some of the numbers break. One minute 123456 works then 6 doesnt work or 2 and 3.
Question: Why does my Main Character, the one on top of my list on character selection page, have UI issues. But my other characters don’t?
