Zero addons enabled and if I make edit changes to my UI save them to a profile then log off and come back and 100% of everything is undone and nothing is saved.

I’m having the same problem. Heck, sometimes the grid disappears, or the snap feature stops working. Action Bar 2 is completely gone from my screen and Action Bar 1 is gigantic. I can hide the icon art and scroll bar in the meantime so it’s not just hanging out on top of something else, but I kind of liked the gryphon art.
I’m having the same issue and so are other guildies. We save the UI settings and they still reset after restating the game.
Same issues here. And with Action bar 1, every time I try and edit it, it just get’s bigger and bigger with no way to fix it.
Having same issue also resets bars and talents to default have to go in and click on of my saved talent sets to get them to change back. Every log/exit game
Ya’ll probably need to do what I did to unscrew mine.
Go to your WoW directory, delete or rename the Cache & WTF folders and run the game so they regenerate. This will kill your client settings, but it will likely fix your problems and cause edit mode to start working properly. I dunno why it’s currently messed up before doing this, I assume because of leftover data from old addons conflicting with the new logic of how the game handles interface.
Similar issue. Logged in and imported fine, had to resize stuff because it imported a little weird due to my native UI resolution in retail being different from PTR somehow. Was able to move stuff and resize and fix it.
Sat around for a moment talking to a friend, left to go do garrison daily, noticed the dismount button wasn’t where I’d moved it do while riding the flight griffon. Opened it up, tried to edit. Moved it, no save button. It popped back where it was originally. Land, try to summon mount, third bar isn’t working at all. Try to move it or pet bar in Edit Mode, neither one will move or even seem to register being touched.
Do garrison daily, turn in, fiddle more, try to select classic mode to reset, then back to my save. It screws my third and pet bar up and makes them oversized. Still can’t grab them in Edit Mode or save any changes. Log out and back in to see if it fixes it-- suddenly, third bar and pet bar are both gone! My pet is still out, btw, he has been the entire time. Third bar is enabled. I flick both on and off in settings and Edit Mode. Nothing.
So I just have an entire bar, and my pet bar, completely eaten by some cosmic void entity I guess?
Thanks for the suggestion but unfortunately still did not work for me. UI still broken.

Did you disable 100% of your addons? Also, did you ensure they were disabled before reloading into the game after deleting those folders?
