Edit Mode and Main Chat error only on one char

When I log into my main I get an error and my chat frame is not visible:
ChatFrame1:SetPoint(): Couldn’t find region named ‘LeftChatPanel’

Then when I try to move anything on edit mode I get this error and cannot save:

I have deleted all addons, run repair, uninstalled deleted the world of warcraft folder and reinstalled with no addons. Deleted the WTF folder and Account folders and char folders multiple times. I have reset all things to default. I tried running a command from a person that has fixed it with no change, this is the command i used:
/run FCF_ResetChatWindows()

All with no change. I cannot chat or see the chat so i also ran it as a macro with no change.

Cannot function without being able to change my ui please help. This only happens on one character.

Since this is not a tech support issue, like crashing or trouble installing the game, please seek advice in UI and Macro.

Okay thank you
