Anybody else have this going on? If I go to edit a post without refreshing the page, I get hit with Edit Conflict, and have to refresh, and then remake my edits.
This is incredibly annoying and has been happening since the update to the forums a week or so ago.
Hmm, I haven’t seen this. Does it happen as soon as you nav to a topic, then try to edit?
Also are you trying on mobile or Desktop? Which browser? Might be helpful to provide those deets so someone can investigate further =D.
I had this happen to me earlier today when I tried editing one of my posts. Although I’m not the OP, I can tell you that I’m using a desktop PC and my browser is MS Edge.
Edit: I cleared my Internet Cache and now I’m able to edit my posts again. Try doing that the next time this happens, and that should fix it.
Every edit I do I get the “Edit Conflict” and have to hit the overwrite edit button.
Started happening a couple day before the forum maintenance down time. Still persists.
Run no script and haven’t white listed googletagmanager or onetrust.
Clear cache and that did fix it
And like that, clear cache didn’t fix it.
