is a good size Horde end game raid guild looking to expand our ranks for exciting content! A little bit about EOS:
Our guild has been around in one form or another since Vanilla! We have about 20 or so guild mates that have returned to the game after many years off. We started in 2006 on Alexstrasza server where we quickly took down early vanilla raid content for some years! We became well known as a friendly guild that took raid content quite seriously and became known for having members with high raid skill without the ‘hardcore’ schedule and attitude some overly serious raiding guilds became known to have. Over the Vanilla years we successfully knocked down 40-man raid content until 40-man raid content came to an end itself! This was a tough time for many guilds including ours as shifting down from 40-man content to 25-man became the new norm. We made that change and survived the “guild thinning” that came along with it, whereas many raid guilds did not. We developed many long term player friendships and bonds together, many of which exist to this very day! In fact, our guild still exists to this very day on the same server in retail!
With that great legacy in hand many of the original members eventually moved on to new games in new challenges in other games. After some years the original crew slowly left the game leaving some to continue on within our server carrying the guild tabard with new members that still exist today!
Fast forward to 2019 and Blizzard announced the return of Classic WoW! The original raid crew which in many cases had been out of WoW for over a decade got caught up in all this hype and quickly mobilized plans to return to the game in August to re-experience some of the most memorable years of our life! Through old email contacts, some decades old that still worked and others that unfortunately did not, along with existing contacts and help from our retail guild we managed to connect about 10 original players to put the word out that we were all returning to WoW Classic to re-experience the game once more! Incredibly that word spread and networked through the internet to reach more legacy guildies and before we knew it we were 20 old gaming friends returned from the ether to take down evil Azerothian forces in the present!
We originally went to a PVP server called Herod and we quickly decided the 16-hour que times were not for us! I mean Blizzard what a mess of overpopulation que times and lagging layers that server was! We quickly decided something had to be done about it and collectively we rolled onto Sulfuras, our current realm today! Since that time we have had others find us and it’s been such a warm experience for us all that we are truly feeling at home here on Sulfuras! Only recently has our guild finally achieved the amount of level 60’s that we need to start raiding (because unlike some of those first month guilds that started raiding, we actually have jobs and real life obligations!) and It’s been amazing to visit Molten Core and a Onyxia once more!
Now that we have lots of level 60’s it’s actually time to start getting some better class balance in our raids! It seems that there are no shortage of people playing warriors! That being said we are most certainly looking for the following classes to solidify our ranks and possibly even start a second raid group!
Here is what we are after by class:
Warriors: Full
Rogues: Low requirement, which means we want skilled rogues only!
Mages: Medium-low requirement (but it’s open!)
Warlocks: High requirement!
Hunters: Medium requirement (open)
Shadow Priests: Low requirement
Holy Priests: Medium requirement
Druid Tank: 1 opening
Druid Heals: Medium requirement
Shaman Heals: Low requirement
Shaman Elemental + Enhance: One opening
We are currently filling our 40-mans but need to streamline raid structure and start the second raid team.
Raid Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday (if needed)
Raid Locations: Tuesday MC, Thursday Ony+MC cleanup, Sunday’s ?
Who we want: Likeminded raid lovers! Most of us work jobs or have families so we get it if you need a raid day day off!
Loot distribution: DKP - completely automated and 100% accessible by guild members at anytime! In fact Oct.16th is our first day using our new DKP system so hew members won’t be buried in competition DKP! It’s a good time to get in.

What we want: skilled players: We want down to earth mature adults that have fun, but treat guild mates with respect and maturity. We do have a good number of new guildies that meet these requirements. We have fun but we raid serious, knocking out as much content as quickly as possible.
