This World Quest requires you to do the weeklies, and on top of that turn in the dropped quests from rare elites in the zone. I didn’t unlock the World Quest until after I already turned those in, so my progress bar is permanently stuck at 80% with no way to increase it. I don’t know if this is just an oversight and not a bug, but if it is that’s horrible.

I am also stuck at 80%, and this was after doing all the work to finally get one quest done where I got the dreaded target is obscured bug.

I was able to get to 100% by fishing and interacting with drones around the Oasis, but now it won’t finish because I already turned in my devourer anima… even though it says that part is optional?

That’s exactly the problem I have right now. I can’t further it at all

Just figured out from a wowhead comment - if you have it at 100% and it won’t complete, just leave the area and come back

I have it at 80, but I’ve done all the things you did. I turned in the anima before I unlocked the quest so it won’t go anywhere

Nice, good thing Blizz turned old events into lesser caches so we’re all funneled into a buggy weekly quest! Can’t even consistently get pinnacle caches in season 3. Noice.

Yep I got to ~90% after doing what I could and then had to fish. Each fish is 1%

I was stuck at 80% with the last requirement to return anima from a devourer assault. However I discovered that the assault devourer quest was not offered to me. I went on an alt the next day and that quest was available but not on my main. Needless to say I fished the remaining 20% to complete the Ecological Succession. Each fish counts as 1% towards the 80%.

Fish in the Oasis for the last 20%. 1 fish = 1%

Same here. I was stuck at 92% and had no idea I could complete by fishing.

Had same problem here, I turned in the anima quest and then fished for last 10 points of the weekly, it did the “abandon quest” sound effect and was just sitting there at 100%.

Can confirm: Left the area and came back and it auto rewarded the cache.

Now if I can get the 4 flames to UNBUG that would be great.
