Just got a belt with this ability. Wowwwwwwwwwwww. Plz don’t nerf Blizz, 25% dmg overall from it is nice.

I’ve got a 420 with a rank 3 of this on it and have been debating to use it. Now I’m debating at which ilvl to replace it.
Remember when Morning put out a M+ run of him using Echoing Blades and using daggerless assassination spec and still beating everyone on damage by using fan of knives on single target?

Isn’t rank 3 8% of your hp? You will never replace that unless you get it on a higher ilvl or it’s significantly nerfed.
8% of your hp at 400k hp is 32k dps PER MOB when it procs. It’s that good. Like if it procs when your tank has 5 mobs, you are doing 150k dps passively…

Rank 3 should be 2.5%.
Also echoing void has a similar treatment many trinkets got: it splits damage between all targets hit, doing slightly more damage per extra target hit (+15% per target).
So if it does 100 to 1 target, it does 115/2 to 2 targets, 130/3 to 3, etc.
It’s still crazy good, just not that insane.
Tanked a 16 on my druid last night, Echoing Void was 32% of my overall damage.
Fair and balanced.

Gotcha, was 8% before nerfs?
I wish they would show or at least mention it does deminishing returns.
Even my 1% is one of my top dmg ability in mythic plus, it’s nuts.
My druid is a little over 600k (not stacking mastery) before buffs. Looking forward to see what this looks like on my next key
Just remember in rare event the dmg is too much, your cape will stop it.
My cloak is rank 7 plus using a corruption essence will put me up enough that it shouldn’t be much of a problem
My druid’s at just under 700k unbuffed (at full stacks of the Anima minor). And I have the tier 3 version of Echoing Void. So yeah, pretty nutty.
I don’t know how they didn’t see that this would be a problem. Rng that powerful is dumb and everyone else saw it coming

This is without anima. If it’s that good on you Im definitely having fun with this one. Even with the snare I bet visions will be interesting
Even without Anima I’m sitting at 641k HP unbuffed. And while I haven’t tried guardian in visions yet, I honestly don’t think the snare is an issue. At least it hasn’t been at my moderate corruption levels (30-40).
If I put on the pants I got it’ll put me at 443 ilvl and around 33 corruption. I think it’ll be doable, be great if it was a 440+ piece rather than a 420 though
33 corruption is easily manageable, and a 420 with Echoing Void is worth using over a higher piece without EV. What rank of EV do you have?
I’d assume 3, it’s 60 corruption
